Myself working for 40 years in the medical field in a managerial position. I completely have a low tolerance for unprofessionalism. This was a very awesome experience that I would highly recommend. Although I have 1 suggestion that staff in back Medical assistant should introduce themselves once patient is called back, I actually had to ask her name and position. This makes a patient feel comfortable with them. Not everyone who has an initial appointment may or may not be or feel anxious. However when you come across good professional people it’s a resurgence of feeling calm…Dr. O. was the first pain management provider who was completely compassionate listened and offered me an alternative to hopefully relieve my unfortunate pain I’ve been suffering for past 6 years with a total knee replacement that failed then a revision of same knee, which left me limited to only 2to 3 hours after that knee would swell only leaving my choice to get off of it which had me confined to my bed for the rest of the day, had to be assisted with leg lifting I couldn’t lift on my own.
