She was thorough, informative, kind, funny and just all around, fantastic. No other dermatologist had ever informed me that my past medical history increased my children's exposure to skin cancer! What I loved was that Kristen was so deliberate about being proactive regarding getting prior authorization from the insurance company for my son's prescription--she didn't wait for the insurance company to ask for the authorization--she sent the authorization immediately, while we were still in the office. She understood how my son's condition was effecting him and wasted no time to help him. I will never go to another facility for dermatology care. Hands down, Kristen knows her stuff and cares about her patients! They have the friendliest staff ever and the level of care is just outstanding. Definitely give them a try. I'm beyond satisfied. Add to that how much of a pleasure it was to talk with her. When she fitted me for the first time with a pair of Phonak hearing aids and turned them on, my eyes opened wider and wider with surprise and joy and relief. After wearing the new devices for a couple of weeks, I went back for a follow up appointment where Dr. Boling fine-tuned them and adjusted them for my preferences. They will also see me again in three months to ensure the programming is what I want, but if I want an adjustment earlier I can go back as needed.
