“I had my knee surgery in April 2022. Just loved the service at the Syracuse Hospital. Every staff member was kind and caring, and it was sincere. And Dr Strasburger did an amazing job on my knee, no issues at all, and my life changed with my new knee. And Betsy the nurse-practitioner, was always there to support me with all my questions. Of course, I had to be faithful to my rehab, but I cannot say enough good things about the Syracuse Hospital and Dr Scott Strasburger It truly was a five star experience. And I am grateful!”

She did a great job answering my question and helping me problem-solve. She followed up with me and did an excellent job. I am going to leave another review for the location I actually went to, but I wanted to point this staff member out because she went above and beyond. She was the highlight of working with this organization. Unfortunately, that wasn't my overall experience, but she needs recognition because she was GREAT!”

“We went to Kathleen Gibbs, MD because my son's cub scout pack got 20% of sales for every purchase made last Wednesday night. I'm guessing the MD stands for "moist doughnuts" because they were so moist! We barely needed milk, Kathleen! I still don't know how you do it. Our one small complaint...the bathroom is simply too far away from the eating area. Our son is a portly little fella and once he gets in his "eating zone", there's no distracting him. Midway through the meal, nature called but his little stubby legs couldn't get to the bathroom in time. He pooped right on the floor. They then had the audacity to "parent shame" us into cleaning up after him. Even with that unpleasantness, we'll be back. Thanks Kathleen. Keep those doughnuts moist as the dew of a July morning!”
