“My wife and I have been patients of Encompass Medical Group in Spring Valley for almost 20 years and our son for 9 years. We have always had great interactions with the office staff especially with Carmen so we are a bit mystified about her negative review, it's unimaginable to us. We are treated like family there and we don't know any of the staff outside of the practice so their compassion always feels genuine, they know all our names and extend their greetings to all of us any time one of us goes there. We have had Marvelous service with Dr. Fox and Physician Assistant, Merilee Summerfield. She has provided top-notch help to all of us. She is very thorough, conscientious and thoughtful and has gone to great lengths to research the best solutions for some our "trickier" issues. I would stack her expertise against most any GP because she know medicine very well, delivers results and it's obvious that she cares which is seems to be a rare quality with too many medical practitioners. I cannot say enough good, they have really worked wonders for us and continue to do so.”

They also seem to keep somewhat random office hours, and it is typical to get their answering service during what are their posted business hours.”
