The office staff is helpful and friendly, and the office itself is nicely decorated with cool Lego projects, books to read, a nature theme in the interior, cute and funny signs, etc. Very clean and comfortable. He gave me several options including surgery. We decided on his giving me a cortisone shot. Dr. Koss said that the shot may give me some relieve but not to expect too much.
