Unfortunately I can't say the same about the Staff. They Don't follow up on Referrals or Phone Calls. I have experienced these issues more than once. Apparently it's not just me, my Grandson had the same issue. I believe the Staff is overwhelmed and Need more training on handling referrals and returning phone calls. I managed a medical clinic in the past, so I'm familiar with what it entails to run a busy clinic. I also worked as a medical assistant, so I've been on both sides. It can be overwhelming because there's always so much to do, However Good team work is essential to successfully get the job done. The staff has always been respectful, hopefully they'll get some training and work as a strong Team for the benefit of the many Patients that like me are totally satisfied with the professional health care provided by Doctor B. Johnson and his PA's.”
