The biggest and only hang up for me is… it’s often difficult to get ahold of someone for anything other than an a appointment and the automated system takes precious minutes off your life that you’ll never get back I get it, they want to get as much info out there as possible but damnit its long, the addresses could be looked up, and the translation afterwards could be just a press one for eng 2 for spanish at the beginning type of thing, needs a major overhaul or at the minimum a few tweaks.. however you look at it.”

The procedure was so quick and easy that there wasn’t even enough time for me to be get anxious. There was no pain at all, just pressure from the laser, as the doctors explained. My discomfort after the operation was bearable and almost completely gone after two days without painkillers. Now I’m set for life—no more falling asleep in contacts or deciding whether to wear my prescription glasses or sunglasses to the beach. I’m better than 20/20! I wondered for a while if getting Lasik were worth the cost, but now I can’t imagine life any other way.”
