“Everyone here is beyond incredible at what they do, from doctors to front desk staff. I always get really nervous for medical procedures, like wisdom teeth extraction (which is why I delayed getting it done for so long). So I was definitely not excited to have to go in and make my appointment. But everyone was so kind and empathetic throughout the entire process. Dr. Lee especially took the time to hear me out, addressing my concerns and answering my questions in a thorough and gentle way. (Where other doctors had rolled their eyes at my fear of needles in the past, he was understanding of it. The assistants even took extra care during the beginning of the procedure, actually holding my hand to make me feel more comfortable as they got everything started.) To say I was impressed with my care here is an understatement. I felt they really cared about my well-being. The same day I had my surgery done, they even called me to check in and make sure I was beginning my recovery according to plan. Seriously, I can't recommend this place enough! If you need any procedure done, I can guarantee you'll be heard and taken care of here. Thank you to Dr. Lee and all who made my health a priority!”

“I give this place 5 stars! My first appointment was set due to a toothache. During the 1st visit, I felt welcomed and comfortable, which is RARE for me in a dentist office. I cried the ENTIRE time because it’s been awhile since I went to the dentist, but I still felt no judgement or nervousness from anyone. Everyone was very understanding and patient. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured on anything. The 2nd appointment is what made this place 5 stars for me. Again, everything was already great but the hygienist is the BEST! Before my appointment, he filled his room with calming scents (I told you I cried a lot during the first appointment) to make sure I felt at ease during the procedure. He also gave me protective wear that had my favorite music playing. Throughout the entire procedure, he checked on me to make sure I was okay. Everything was genuine and intentional. I appreciate his efforts to go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable! 💛”

I’be had trigger point injections and nerve blocks with other pain doctors with no luck. I was referred to Dr. Rubin and with one visit and treatment I felt pain relief for the first time in years! My quality of life has significantly improved since my first appointment with him. I’ve had trigger point injections and cervical nerve blocks. I see him once maybe every year or so and I’m pretty much good to go for another year or so! My most recent visit to Dr. Rubin was for help with my frozen shoulder. The waiting area was clean and well-maintained, I only waited a few minutes before being called in for my appointment. He was empathetic and genuinely interested in finding the best solution for me. He thoroughly explained the different treatment options available to me, discussing the potential benefits and risks of each. He made sure I understood everything and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. It was evident that he genuinely cared about my well-being and wanted to help alleviate my pain. I was scheduled for a nerve block that same week. The treatment I received was top-notch. I was extremely nervous upon arrival for the procedure but Dr Rubin put me at ease. The staff was efficient and professional, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Rubin talked me through the entire procedure and it was done before I knew it.
