“Five stars are not enough for the empathy, responsiveness, & skill this entire office provides. I only write reviews when service is EXCEPTIONAL. Like most of you, I'm busy & don't take the time to acknowledge great service regularly (my bad), so it has to be really outstanding for me to take that few extra minutes. I believe Dr. Davis's genuine care about his patients has created an entire office environment of caring, awesome people. From the time we walk in, the front desk personnel are in tune with my 81 year old mom's special needs, even if they're on the phone helping someone else. They see her, and see her needs, and work to make the entire experience less cumbersome. The dental assistants and/or hygienists care for my mom like she is their own. Moreover, they care for my sister & me as the caregivers, offering support, advice, & answers that other offices haven't considered. And, extra kudos to Daryn for keeping me sane & for her responsiveness! Highly, highly recommend this excellent team for anyone seeking a better dental experience.”

“Amazing surgeon and facility. Surgeon and check in staff and very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The PA I had (Gene I believe) was hard to talk to sometimes, he seemed to have an ego instead of listening to my concerns. I personally don’t trust him with my care and had him removed from my care moving forward due to interactions with him I had on multiple occasions (for example, he caused unnecessary pain by putting “pressure therapy” over my hardware screws in my shin, telling me it will feel better later; it got much worse and hurt more than before following that despite me asking him to stop due to pain. He has a larger need to be right than to help with an issue). Thomas Connolly however is very attentive and helpful. The office was kind and supportive with removing the PA from my plan of care, and understanding that it wasn’t a good fit for my situation. I will have issues with my knees for life due to “factory defects” as I like to call it, but he gave me the smoothest experiences of the 5 knee surgeries I’ve had so far with 3 different surgeons. Highly recommend!!”

“Unbelievable!! The VA sent me here because I need to be sedated, because of service related issues. The staff here had me at ease in no time! The fact that one of the staff is a veteran was a huge bonus with my anxiety. They treated me better than perfect and I was in and out probably as fast as possible for my issue. I don't really remember anything about the appointment after coming out of sedation. But, my fiance had GREAT things to say about discharge. I HIGHLY recommend (especially veterans). “I was in for my annual skin check. As we have become accustomed to, every aspect of my visit was very smooth. Checkin was simple. I was seen at my appointment time. The medical assistant (I believe her name is Grace) welcomed me, reviewed my medical history, and prepped me for the exam.
