This was at the end of the day. How awesome is that? The next week we scheduled for install and his guys were here all day and never even left for a lunch break. They worked their butts off on getting that into my little closet. James checked in from time to time on that day as well as Brandon called to check on me and how things were going. Brandon listened to every single story and detail I had to say. I felt like I was number one throughout this entire process. I now have a new AC. What's great is, they also do other things like electrical, roofing, home remodeling etc. Now I have someone to call when I need help with the house and whom I can trust. This is what its all about. I had a EV charger wired for my garage in prep for my incoming vehicle. “My wife came home from work and told me we had no power in the master this was about 4:45PM. After unplugging everything we found that the circuit breaker for that room would not stay set. I called the top rated 24x7 place listed on Google and it looks like I was out at least $300, but we need power as I am on O2. At about 5PM the place called me back and said they didn't have anyone who could respond! So much for 24x7 and great service. Anyway I called Powercore, who has good ratings but not many. Turns out they are located about 5 minutes from my house. Not only that I had met the owner earlier and he recognized my name. Anyway he comes out to my house lickety split, sure enough as I suspected it was a faulty circuit breaker. He pops it in an viola we're good to go. He's a very pleasant and helpful man of good humor and his price for the service call and parts was fair, I am certain it was a good bit less than what the other big shop would have charged.”
