One of the permits required me to have an “hard wired interconnect fire alarm system”. Let’s just say that the timing could have NOT been worst, since my closing was 3 days later. Jacob is the perfect example NOT to judge a book by its cover. He looks really young, so I honestly lost all hope. But during my interaction with him, I learned that he was very experience. For the type of emergency and the quality work he performed in a timely manner, with minimum damage to the ceilings, I was completely satisfied.
