“Omg Steffan saved us. Our realtor (and friend) recommended him to us when our heat stopped working. We knew we needed a full HVAC replacement but thought we could get a cheaper price than what the “bigger” company recommended. Steffan came through for us and was so fast and efficient. He really treated it like an emergency - we actually needed our electrical panel replaced also (for some reason, the HVAC was on a different one than the main) and Steffan was able to do that for us also. We bought our house from HUD after they flipped it, and their renovation team did a really sloppy job. Steffan fixed it all up for us. He even paid a complimentary visit a few weeks later when we thought we had a problem with something else. I’m so grateful for Steffan’s timeliness and efficiency. We’ve already thought of future projects we would like his help with. He is a trusted contractor for sure.”
