“I had installed a remote control fan and got the light to work, but not the fan. The problem was my wiring the wall switch. D&D came and fixed that very quickly. I also had them work on a switch in my garage, but the problem was just new bulbs and not the wiring, Duh! You'd think at age 65 I'd know better. Anyway, they also worked on my waterfall switch and then they had to fix the wiring in my basement which I had initially done myself (first mistake). All in all they were very fast and pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them and will hire them again if I needed to fix wiring that I screwed up. :-)”

“Several days ago, I accidentally cracked the tank of the toilet and water started leaking. I started searching for a plumber who could come asap. I finally found Lee Service in Kenosha. The women I spoke with was familiar with the area in which I live. She was able to find a staffer who could arrive between noon and 2pm. Stress level started to go down. A few hours later, I got a call from the plumber who asked if he could arrive before the designated time. HURRAH! stress level gone. Kevin arrived shortly after and started the job. He thought he might be able to just replace the tank and headed out to find one. Turned out they stopped that model several years ago. He got a new toilet to install. He was thoroughly professional as he went through the process. He kindly answered all my questions and within a relatively short period of time it was installed and running perfectly. He cleaned up everything and answered any last minute questions.The bill was well worth it not only for the quality of the product, but also for his excellent skills and cordial personality.
