Also, I was told that if we decide to sell our house, mentioning that we have a home warranty would be an excellent selling point. My sales representative answered all of my questions and worked with me on the plan that I wanted. When I told the rep that we had a plumber from one of our former suppliers that we had used for years, he responded that we could use our regular plumber as long as their licenses were valid and approved. That was another factor that influenced my decision. When you've worked with a contractor for 12 years, it's difficult to switch to someone else. His rates were the lowest and while talking to him on the phone before he even came over he trouble shooted with me to avoid him coming out if it was just a easy fix. It wasnt so he came out and was able to fix my issue with my panel and air conditioning. Then he noticed a few outlets that were loose and changed them for me!
