“I hired James to come in diagnose and repair my electrical issues in my home. James is dedicated to giving quality and professional repairs. He diagnosed and repaired my home issues and saved me money in the process. He is very knowledgeable and found that all electrical switches in my house was covered, because they were faulty switches sold by the manufacturer. I would recommend James to anyone that needs electrical repair work. I have hired others without this knowledge and would pay them half of what he charged for a 15% of the work done. Other electrician charged for the same issue James found to be a faulty product.”

After several calls to get this information, I was just left hanging. I'm a disabled person, living alone with no one in this state, and at the mercy of my landlord. They give me instructions, I follow them, and ALL I WANT IS TO NOT MELT THIS SUMMER. This company was paid $125 to tell me what was wrong, which I already knew. I just need to get a written estimate, and the name of my unit. PLEASE. BEFORE EDIT: Called for an estimate on my fan issue for my central AC unit. Office staff professional, with just the right amount of down to earthness. Techniciann was knowledgeable, courteous, arrived early, the whole experience was seamless. I would definitely use this company in the future, you should too!”

“Although this company provides a good service, their prices are way off the chart. I had a problem with my top of the line A/C system. They sent two reps out to diagnose the problem which took approximately 30 minutes. They did a bit of rooting around and found out the problem was the fan was not working. They quoted $380 to fix the fan, which was under warranty. I okayed the repair thinking it was going to take a while to fix this problem and that the $380 was "fair". Little did I know that the whole fix took around 35 minutes or so. When I asked the repairman how much they charged for labor, I was told $85 an hour. Why $380 then? Because I was charged the labor for the two men who "diagnosed" the problem, the time spent coming and going from my home, the time spent going to the warehouse to get the parts, and the time spent for the repairman to come back to my home and repair the AC! WHAT A RIPOFF!!! I can only say I will never use this company again. I didn't realize my costs included running their company. I realize their are overhead expenses, but this was totally unacceptable. All I can say is "buyer beware"......................look around and you'll definitely find a cheaper fix.”
