“These people are amazing! Honest. Principled.Knowledgeable. Yesterday was their third visit in as many years and will continue being our AC service provider. Techs have been Aaron(two years) and yesterday, Austin and Anthony. All have been super! Polite, prompt,helpful, and gave us useful information. I keep pushing honesty and integrity because these are such important assets. We have used six other firms over the years. The first lasted three years, then we lost confidence. The rest lasted one or two times. McWilliams has been only the second who did not try to sell us something on the first visit (which seems to be par for the industry) and, in their case, since. One contractor, defending his own fees, cautioned many have low service call fees, planning on selling an expensive repair, as we learned, not necessarily needed, or available for less elsewhere- $800 quote for a job that an AC friend of our daughter repaired for $50 in parts! Another tried to high pressure us into spending $1,300 because “warranty would cover $1,000”! Eight years later we are still using that part. It is a shame caveat emptor must be a guideline in dealing with some industries in Florida serving homeowners (sadly, all to often, Seniors). McWilliams is a find.”

“In JUST THREE DAYS, Brent and his amazing crew (Thank you Richard, Brian and Ben!) mounted and installed 3 large TV’s, drawer pulls and cabinet hardware in the kitchen, hutch and 2 bathrooms, 7 dimmer switches, a new kitchen faucet and hot/cold filtered water dispenser, an under-cabinet ice maker, 2 garage ceiling storage racks and 4 new LED garage lights. “David was VERY responsive to my inquiry via Yelp for a porch light fixture installation that potentially included an issue with the existing wall switch. He was able to send his technician, Gabe, out the same day and within the one-hour window he promised. Gabe was very professional, friendly and courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He had to go up into the attic crawlspace to see what wiring had been done years ago that was affecting the existing switch and fixture. He offered two solutions (much appreciated) and I chose to go with the simpler, straighforward approach. After a quick run to Home Depot to get a necessary part, my outdated fixture was gone and the new porch fixture was up and working.
