I took his advice and continued with the install. After picking up the truck, I was not happy with the way it sounded. We took it back, and Patrick did everything he could do to make me a happy customer. I am thrilled he was able and also knowledgeable enough to help change the issue I was having. By far the best customer service I have gotten. There was another employee who was rude and downright disrespectful there who works the front counter. I would advise only dealing with Patrick! More importantly, their customer service is outstanding- one of the best I’ve ever experienced! A few weeks ago, the Internet went out. I texted at 8:30 PM and got help. Today, shortly after noon, the entire system went out. After walking me through what might help over the phone (which didn’t work) a technician was out this afternoon and fixed the problem.
