I walked in with my son and immediately knew it was the right place. I was greeted with a smile (behind a mask) and asked how they could help. We talked and listened to a few different things as my son fell asleep in my lap. Since I wasn't in a hurry and wanted the better half's approval I walk out after exchanging pertinent info so they could write me up an estimate. A week goes by and I drag the whole family in. Again we are greeted with a smile and invited to listen to a few more options that fall within and just above our budget. There was never a hard sales pitch and it felt like we were dealing with family friends the entire time. The staff at Olson's wanted to make sure we were getting the best products that suited our needs and fell within our budget. In the end we followed their recommendations and are very satisfied with the results. The system sounds amazing no matter what is being played.”
