It's been a year and I am so grateful for the experience so far with the School. The instructor for my daughter was the perfect match, fun, encouraging, dynamic, creative, and always nurturing to promote practices at home. My daughter adores her teacher and she has made so much progress in one year playing such a delicate instrument. She recently gave our neighbors (an elderly couple) from the backyard a 20 min concert, including Allelujah, Ode to Joy, Gloria from Vivaldi, and Happy Birthday. Those moments were priceless for all of us. The staff behind the scenes for classes, scheduling, and all that is always very responsive, kind, and quick on address any concern and questions you may have. Today, as a 1 year anniversary being with 4/4 School of Music, I wanted to say thank YOU for the great experience and caring for the students and the love of music.”

“Jon was extremely helpful. I know the store is busy and I attempted to call several times but did not leave a message. Jon saw the missed call and he actually called me. He gave me accurate information and options for a replacement screen protector. I came into the store and he was polite as he worked on my phone and multi-tasked by answering the phone and handling the phone customers without delaying my service. I will go back to this store just to work with Jon again. CPR should have Jon train other employees and use him as their standard of expectation.”
