I have to say they took care of me. The item wasn't in stock in their store but offered to find one and have it shipped to me or their store. I couldn't do that since it was Christmas eve. Cashier suggested the next model up. I said if I could get it at a discount I would be more than happy to buy it. Cashier had to check with Manager. Manager came over an apologized for the inconvenience and ok the discount. I'm happy and they kept a customer. Thank you Cashier and Manager at Best Buy Superstitions Springs.”
