“I had never call the fire department unfortunately today I had me and my husband got home late from my family's house we were tired and didn't notice we left the car on in the garage next morning we woke up the entire house had a smell didn't know it was carbon monoxide I decide to call them to make sure my kids were fine and when they arrive omg they help us making sure our house was safe and also they made sure me and family didn't had high level of carbon monoxide in our system which we did but they help us I was very thankful for all there help and knowdledge im very thankful for their service 🙂”

“There is a lot more to being a police officer than writing traffic tickets. Those giving 1 star reviews were doing something in the wrong and got caught and are upset about it. The negative reviews don't reflect the station or police and staff as a whole. Yes it sucks to get a ticket and sometimes it seems like a cheap shot but at the end of the day be thankful we have really amazing men and women working for us in the Valley. Without going into personal details, when a call went to dispatch for help the Valley View police responded and were at the scene in less than 5 minutes. Every officer and policeman who I spoke with was very caring, concerned and clearly had training in handling tough situations. They didn't just throw regulation or follow the books. They were compassionate and did what you would hope a police officer should do. Thank you to all of the Valley View Police and dispatch team.”
