He died after a long battle of type 1 diabetes but your department saved his life so many times over the years. Recently, I had to call you because all the fire alarms in the house were indicating fire and carbon monoxide detection. Such professional men you all are. You disconnected the alarms and I had to contact my home alarm company. This was last week. The fireman stated to me that if I needed help hooking the alarms back up he said just give us a call. Well needless to say that touched my heart. Your jobs are so demanding and difficult as it is but I was treated with such kindness and respect. I live at 31110 Nice Ave right down the street. I will be stopping by with a fantastic home made Italian meal on Friday. Plus goodies Its the least I can do and I know all of you LOVE to eat. I hope to see some of you Friday afternoon.
