“This Akron fire company has lots of fund raising breakfasts & or lunches or dinners. Usually they are all you can eat ( AYCE ) & very tasty, not to mention, cheaper than a visit to your local restaurant. The fire company members are always very outgoing & they go out of their way to help you. Once you walk in the door, it is easy to recognize that you are in a wonderful place ! I am a left leg amputee & they always did everything possible to make my visit great. I believe that they should receive a rating of a 10 ! On Christmas eve they even travel all over town in one of their big red trucks & hand out candycanes! *********************************************************************************** My suggestion to you would be to send them a donation, because they are a hard working crew & they would welcome any donation that you could offer. Maybe you could just send them 3 bucks a month & skip your daily coffee & donut for a day. If you did that, that would be a $36 donation per year & over ten years it would be $360 total. They would love that. It is Christmas time, so please be generous, for a good cause ! Thank you, Sincerely, Rick Wood.”
