The police can’t touch him. I’ve been told that he is untouchable. So I am here to spread the word about this man that not a single person can touch. He is dangerous. 1994 he held his wife at the time against her will earning him an arrest for kidnapping with violence. In 1999 he was arrested again for beating his then wife and dsughter who was 5 at the time. He hasn’t changed only his options to stalk and abuse women.”
