“About 15 years ago my sump pump died while I was at work flooding my basement with about 5 inches of water. I had a wet vac, but there was no way that was going to do the job. I was told to call Parkville firehouse and they would pump it out for me. I called and about 5 firemen came to my rescue. They even swept the rest of the water into the sump pump hole in the floor. Not that this really matters, but each one of them was so good looking. Nice to know that if you need help, even if it's not fire related, they are there to help you!”
