“I wish I could give more stars. I made a mistake yesterday, cutting through 80% of my finger where the nail bed meets the finger, bone & all. Captain D.J. dropped what he was doing, rode with me & took really good care of me. I'm a talker, Captain D.J. seemed to understand where my mind was, helped me as I managed shock and didn't mind chatting with me as I worked through the different psychological levels of an injury. I believe our Pilot's name was Phillip, he didn't talk much but he piloted the Big Red 45 Ambo like a Boss NASCAR Rambo on Swan Lake. I also appreciated us joking at the intersections with red lights. Gentlemen what you may call just another day on the job, I call exceptional professionalism in civil service and the good stuff heroes are made of. Thank you. Update. Finger healed well”

I heard voices telling me not to fall asleep and to drink or eat this. I had a blood sugar of 20. Which means I should have been in a coma or having a seizure. My boss was my my savior, but they all saved my life. I'm eternally grateful for all the hard work and effort these guys put in. Can't remember much of this time except the hospital bill, but I do remember they helped save my life. Thank you guys. I owe you my life.”
