She designed an absolutely beautiful and unique arrangement with a cute little "baby sleeping" door sign as a finishing touch! Delivery was fast! Not only was I able to walk in and shown such comfort, understanding and help with the products but after the order was confirmed.. the funeral was canceled unexpectedly. I called the company to see what I could do. And they immediately began looking into it. There was a mixed up on the funeral homes end (comes to find out they had delivered the flowers the day before) But they gave me a full refund for the flowers and could have not been more kind about it. They gained a customer for life and I would 100% recommended them to any and everyone I know! They made me feel valued and thats something you can’t put a price on. (And they’re affordable!)
