The florist that came with the venue was not clicking for me; I tried and tried for months to get her to correspond to no avail. I'm so glad I did! :) Their prices were very reasonable for the market, her designs were amazing; but the most important thing for me was that I felt she worked with me to develop my vision, adjust my budget, and truly deliver what I wanted. She asked the colors I wanted as this is from our company to our employee, she asked the florist what his suggestion was, then she asked what was most appropriate for the card and when I gave a pathetic answer of a generic "Sorry for your loss" she suggested something much more meaningful. “A friend of mine gave me a gift certificate since we just moved. We had never ordered from Edible Arrangements before. When I had questions, I called the store. The individual who answered my many questions and took my order was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient. After placing my order, I received a "thank you for ordering" email and follow up emails informing me how things would work. I even received a coupon for my next order. On the day of delivery, the recipient of my order received a call confirming the destination and an approximate time of delivery. The person delivering the order was very kind made the experience complete. Edible Arrangements customer service has been the best I have seen, and I intend on ordering again. By the way, the arrangement was delicious and beautiful!”
