“Sandy and her whole flower team made our wedding day just magical. Sandy was very good at getting back to me via email or phone as I was a long distance bride. I chose her after reading reviews, looking at her photos, her affordable prices, and her being confident she could create something I'd love. We met in person a few months before our date to go over small details like flower types, colors, and a candle/vase package (probably one of the best purchases I made!). She emailed me multiple times to modify our order up until 2 weeks before, finalizing everything down to delivery and pick up times. She was so flexible on delivery, which was great as we were in a private home as our venue and that made it great to choose a delivery time. Her employees (2) brought the flowers on schedule and were at our venue for 2 hours helping my family set up our reception space. They were so hands on - which was unexpected and AMAZING. They made our space just magical - lush green centerpiece garlands and floating candles with rose gold vases. They brought everything for the table decor and it was stunning. I asked to bring some extra greenery to scatter around the house and all the pieces they brought were amazing - eucalyptus leaves, single roses, extra garland, everything. I asked for florals for our cake - they were beautiful. I asked to have napkin markers of eucalyptus and at $40 total, they put them together for us and laid them on the tables - best $40 ever spent. They also offered to rent us a cake stand (wood slab) for free at the last minute as another vendor fell through. They picked up their candle/vase package the next day, calling before hand and came in and out in a hurry with no issues. My florals were everything I had dreamed and more, I HIGHLY recommend Petal to the Metal for ANY wedding or event!!!”

“Zoe at Botanica is fantastic! We had a hard time finding examples of what we had in mind and we were trying to use a unique combination of flowers and colors, but Zoe captured it perfectly. Everyone commented on how beautiful the flowers were and about how they have never seen that combination of flowers in our color palette. I wish I could have kept them forever in my home - everything was stunning, down to the tiniest details on the boutonniere! Everything was soft and feminine, but definitely had the "WOW" factor. I am a perfectionist, and Zoe very patiently worked with me until the centerpieces and place settings were perfect, and they were. Also, Zoe designed the centerpieces for the rehearsal dinner, which had a completely different but equally stunning look and fit that *very different* venue perfectly, as well! Thank you, Zoe!”

I spent the morning taking care of my bridesmaids and my looks while she ran around transforming the courtyard into a magical rose garden. The tables were beautifully decorated with every detail we had discussed, she sent someone to pick up my wedding desserts and had all the presents and decorations delivered to my house the same evening. The only thing I had to worry about was getting married. Be prepared, once you have Vernetta as your planner, you will want to have her as a friend because she is also extremely kind and thoughtful. I feel honored to have had her at my wedding and yes, her hard work is worth every penny.”
