I called and spoke to Rachel (the owner I believe). She was very apologetic and said she would send a replacement. She wasn't sure about sending it the next day due to a snow storm we were expecting, and I said no problem I completely understand. My husband and I were off from work due to the weather. We were shocked when the doorbell rang, to find out it was Rachael with our replacement. She went above and beyond, and I would highly reccomend her business not only because of the nice work, but her work ethic.”
