“Excellent! customer service! Called to pick up flowers after hours, owner Tara was willing to stay as late as I needed. She told me she is always there later than posted hours and willing to stay for anyone who needs a late bouquet (she even offered to deliver it for me!). Flowers were beautifully arranged and her knowledge of flower care shows her education in the flower business. It is NOT a wonder how she has been open for 10 years. She will go the extra mile. Her price for the package we bought was very reasonable especially considering that it included access and use of her entire decor inventory plus the hundreds of other services she provided. We loved working with Robin and getting to know her over the course of 7 months. She recommended some amazing vendors, took care of contacting them, listened to our vision for decor, created an incredible timeline for the day and ensure every single person involved had one and knew what to do, plus SO much more. I was surprised, though, when there was an additional $15 charge placed on my credit card, which the florist and I did not discuss. I called and left a message with the shop, describing that I wished to speak to someone about this anomalous charge on my card. Jamie, the shop owner, got back to me within what seems to be minutes after hearing my message. He was understanding and apologetic, and offered me a complete refund on my order as a remedy. That kind of compassionate customer service is simply unavailable from other businesses. In the future, I will be purchasing my floral arrangements from Mountainside Florist.”

“The woman that assisted us was very friendly and nice. She helped us pick 2 wonderful smelling scents. We chose pumpkin pie for the house and for the car we chose peach mango strawberry. These are the best fragrance oils I've ever owned and I'd definitely recommend checking them out. They are located in the indoor section of Cole's Antique Village on Telephone rd. Best purchase I made all day. I spent 35$ taxes included and got 2 beautiful lamps, 2 bottles of fragrance oils, and 2 sets of rocks for the cars. I'm so glad I checked them out!”
