When he arrived, a very apologetic employee said they had marked our order as complete in error, and that they hadn't shopped our list yet. They offered to get the groceries picked and deliver them for free - so we took them up on that offer. When they arrived, they actually delivered our order for free (not just the delivery fee) - we didn't have to pay for the entire order! We were both blown away by the customer service and really appreciate them going the extra mile when they made a mistake.
