“OK - this is a true story: Back in June 2020, we ordered 3 GE appliances from Ferguson on Sante Fe, paid for them, had received one that quit working a month later and we still had no idea where they were in early November 2020. To say the situation was frustrating is an understatement. Erik Fretheim (and his Area Store Manager, Carin Zupancic) worked extremely hard, pulled a few strings, and bent over backwards to help us resolve EVERY issue, communicated very clearly with us and saved our relationship along with GE's tarnished reputation.
