My daughter recently bought a full bedroom set and had to return it after delivery for several manufacturing issues. It was cheaply made , with several imperfections, and toxic chemical smells. Though we were sadly disappointed with this particular product, I was very impressed with their quick response to rectify the issue. I spoke with Luke and he was very accommodating and had superior customer service skills. They seem to care about their customers and don't just "throw you under the bus" because they've already made a good name for themselves. They understand that word of mouth matters and they don't want to sell inefficient, poorly made products, with their name attached to it. I respect that.”

We find their furniture to be very reliable and consistently half the cost of what you'd pay in a department store. Also, if you're not into the scandanavian style, it's full of ornate, decorative pieces as well as solid basics. I'm sitting here with my feet on a living room rug we bought for $99 12 years ago - it still has "lift" when you step on it. They deliver and haul away for a fee if you need it.”
