“Michelle at Willbanks did an amazing job of redesigning my kitchen. Although the footprint of the space didn't change, the functionality doubled! It looks amazing and has so much more useable space. The quality of the cabinets is second to none and well worth every penny. The only downside to the whole experience was the general contractor (M White) they recommended to do the actual installation. While the quality of the work performed by his crew was good, communications were not. What he promised to finish in 5 days actually took 7 weeks. There were many days no one showed up on the job or even called. All in all, I would not hesitate to use Willbanks, I would just ask that they refer you to another general contractor for the actual installation.”

But the auto manager Jesse took initiative and was very professional and helpful, he really handled the whole thing great. Stuff happens, but he was really accommodating about the whole experience and made it easy for me to get a claim settled and make sure the car was still safe to drive (it was only a fender bender but you never know).
