David did an excellent job designing our kitchen from start to finish. Jim was accurate and helpful with the billing and payment process. The living room items we bought from Badcock were some of the most comfortable pieces we had every sat on! Only down side is the month to wait for delivery, so I'll need to update this once it arrives. That's because of the virus tho, nothing the store can do about supply issues right now. Scott was awesome, wasn't pushy or hovering when we let him know we were browsing, but ready to go once we wanted help. As long as everything goes well with delivery, I'll be a very happy customer”
