I purchased two Steelcase Leap chairs and before I picked them up they were steam-cleaned, wiped down, and the pistons were lubricated. Additionally, John notified me that the chairs have a 30-day money-back guarantee and a two-year warranty. I did have an issue with the pistons hanging on both of the chairs, but when I got in touch with John he offered to either have two other chairs brought to my house (which is forty-five minutes away from the shop) or send someone out to take a look at them. I ended up bringing the chairs back myself because I was in the area and John personally took a look at them. I ended up swapping out for the other chairs but wanted to swap out the backing and armrests on the chairs; John ensured that this was no problem and his skilled employees made quick work of the adjustments. “I meant to write this yesterday, Saturday, after my lovely new bedroom set was delivered and set up on Friday. However sleeping on my new mattress set (closeout from Macy's awesome!) in my wonderful and beautiful new Constellation black bedroom set took up a lot of my time! The setup was great as Joe did an excellent job despite me sneaking in several times to oh and ah about it and talk his head off. I ordered this online and unfortunately due to the huge amount of fraud going on in the world today I had to go into the local store and confirm my ID and Credit card. Would love to state that this level of fraud and financial abuse is due to today's problems, that's not true. I worked at Bank of America in the early 1980's when it was only a California bank. Every 6 months we had the newest FBI graduate come in to give us bank tellers the information on the latest frauds usually being perpetrated on the elderly. We bank tellers were the last line of defense before the victim handed over their money to the scam artist. So it behooves all of us to always be careful with our money and for vendors to be sure they are getting their products to a legitimate purchaser. I really do love the bedroom set and would most definitely purchase more from Oak Furniture in the future. After all there is more of the bedroom set pieces for me to get to round out my remodel and decorating of my master bedroom!”

“My father was a carpenter and i've spent a lot of time in the wood shop. I couldn’t make a table like this for the price without pouring 100+ hours into it. You can’t get this type of product for dirt cheap because it's solid wood and they just don’t make em like this anymore. You have to go to a craftsman to get pieces like this. That costs money, usually a ton. We paid about $4k for our table that should be around $10k at one of those fancy galleries”
