“I had blown out my front tire this past Saturday night, the 24th of Sep., and was lucky enough to pull into this gas station after it happened. It was probably between 10:30pm-11:00pm and I told the night clerk what had happened. This kid couldn't have been any younger than 19-early 20's and without hesitation, he got on his phone and called one of his friends to help me change my tire. He even let me wait in the building until his friend got there to help me. I said thank you and tried to offer some money to show my appreciation for helping me, but they refused to take it and said they were glad they could help. I wish I had gotten the young clerk's name, but I was too in the moment. I'm posting this because I don't feel like thank you is enough for what this young man did for me that night. He went out of his way to help a complete stranger practically in shambles, when most probably would have turned the other cheek. I just want to give him the recognition he deserves because it's employees like him that keeps customers coming back. Overall, great experience!”

“Love this store, I literally go here at least 3 times a day to get an ICEE, the store itself is clean the restrooms and letting lot however are let's just say, well terrible!!! The restrooms are lit with a blue light, the light alone makes it difficult to see. What are y'all hiding? Should I be concerned? The women's restroom, Whew is dangerous! To open the door on the 1st stall you have to place your foot on the wall of the other stall while pushing the door back through the entrance. That is a lawsuit waiting to happen”

“I do not know how this place has 3.1 stats. Unfortunately Pilots are NOT made equally. But they are a flight above the rest of these truck stops out on the road. The showers are always clean and always smell clean and fresh. The bathrooms are always spotless, even in a rush with loads of people. There is coffee always made the cutest gear and most friendly, professional staff you will ever meet. They work hard and clean hard gladly.
