Said he would order the part, and would come back as soon as the part came in. Turn around time was estimated to be about a week. I got a call on the following Tuesday to say that the part had come in and that he would come and install it the following day (much quicker than the week turn around time). Tony was simply the best - he was on time, friendly professional, honest and very knowledgeable. Thanks, Tony - very much appreciated.”
