“I've been a member here for almost a month and I really enjoy it so far. They have a great vibe. Everyone is friendly and makes the effort to introduce themselves to make you feel welcome. I've been to a lot a CrossFit and/or functional fitness type outfits and I think what makes Snyder's a great place is Tyler and Zack. Both are genuine dudes. Kids are always around and that makes for a positive atmosphere. Of course it helps that there aren't any knuckleheads! Lots of local teen athletes come there to work out--swimmers, wrestlers, softball players, etc. The equipment is nice too. They have platforms for Oly work and a large rig. The programming has been varied and focused on metabolic conditioning using circuits. They have some strength training programmed on Wednesdays and a barbell class on Saturdays. The classes are well-attended. If you're looking for a place to get fit in a positive and fun environment, give 'em a try.”

Watching them both develop and grow over the last couple of months has been truly enjoyable! The teachers and staff are friendly and very patient! The classes are ran like machines and they pack in so many exercises into each time slot. They have a lot of classes and varying time slots which is great to fit around most schedules! We have also participated in the pre-school parties at the WISC location and it is equally as wonderful!”
