The ladies were kind to me, my guests and the littles. As for the fees and all that’s included, I would say it more than matched up! I can’t express enough how thankful I am for the experience. What else? The place was clean & spacious and they decorated using my supplies PERFECTLY. We will be back & I will continue to spread the word. “I’m super new to the CrossFit world and have loved getting to know the sport and people at CrossFit ABF. Since joining, I’ve felt very welcomed by the coaches and other athletes. I also have some old injuries with a certain degree of limitation, and all the coaches have been really supportive with helping to ensure my form is correct and in providing ways to scale the exercises/lifts when needed. Lastly, classes are really fun, and I appreciate that there is a space there for the full range of athletes from beginners to people working to compete.”

The music chosen for the rides are perfect and keep you motivated. The other riders are so super nice and helpful as well. I have been doing this for about 2 months now and feel like part of a family. I definitely recommend taking a class or more; just be prepared to feel sore the next day, it’s totally worth it though.”

She was the perfect amount of push I needed to make me not only lose the extra weight, but also get to where I felt really strong, which is just as important as losing the pounds. “Friday Night Flip out! 2 hours of fun for the kids 7-13ish from 8:30pm-10:30pm It is nice to see all the kids playing and meeting and making friends in a good environment. The gym is excellent. It has came so far since we started here all these years ago. The monitors/coaches were pretty quick to set the kids straight. We will take the kids back here and bring friends for them to show this too. The best part is they are tired when they are done and sleep so good till the morning. I would put this on your to do list with the kids mine sure enjoyed it. Chances are they will see class mates if your in the area. They have other drop in days also so check them out.”
