“Airotique has such an amazing community I feel so comfortable going to classes and trying new apparatuses. It can be intimidating trying something new like this, but the instructors at airotique are so supportive of newcomers and do a great job of easing people into it! You don’t have to be flexible or super fit, this is an inclusive loving place that supports you on your fitness journey wherever you may be on it! You can tell the instructors have such a passion for self expression and I always leave feeling empowered and excited to come to the next class to learn more new things!! Seeing the instructors and higher level students do insanely beautiful combinations and tricks is so inspiring, and the most rewarding feeling is really being able to see my own progress after a few months of going to classes every week! I can do things that I never believed I would be able to do, and I owe it all to the lovely people at airotique. This place is so special❤️”

“I joined the Y on the senior wellness program paid for by Medicare. The Y has many services available for all ages. I use the gym which is not too big and not usually very crowded. No reservation required. There are courts for basketball, racket ball, etc. I think these do require reservation. The pool requires reservation and is open to all ages. There's a jacuzzi in the pool area. Swimming lessons are available for a fee. Always a lifeguard on duty. There is a child care center. Many other programs and services available. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. I recommend the Hastings Y to anyone of any age. Face masks are recommended but not required. There is handicapped parking which I use and a wheelchair friendly entrance and interior. The Sister Kenny physical therapy center is housed in the same building.”
