The staff has always been super helpful and engaging. I was a founding member joining and loved seeing little adjustments they've made along the way in response to feedback that's been given. I only wish I lived closer to the studio so I could go every day!”

“The Coaches and Staff at this location are fantastic. I was someone leading a pretty sedentary lifestyle. The coaches ran a six week challenge to lose some weight and get back into shape. Best decision I have made in a long time. I was able to lose over 25 lbs in those six weeks. The first week was rough. But I have really enjoyed the workouts and getting back into shape. Whether you’re looking for martial arts training, self-defense, or general fitness, this is an exceptional school with an inviting atmosphere for women of all ages (it’s nice to not get hit on). The people who train here are respectful and focus on helping you learn, not making it a competition. The classes are rich in content (at least an hour) and led by the head instructor/owner. The head instructor not only explains techniques but also explains the why behind the movements. I definitely recommend Eclipse Jiu Jitsu to people of all skill levels.”

“It has been a while since I have been a member at a gym, I am not a fan of gyms normally. I usually feel uncomfortable in gym atmospheres, this gym is different. The gym itself is very clean and open. The vibe is welcoming and warm. I feel like I am part of a team and it fills my heart every time I go. The workouts themselves are challenging but always scalable, so anyone can do it. The instructors are very good, motivating and always offer assistance. The owner Stacey is beyond kind and welcoming. I feel safe at this gym and it truly is my favorite part of the day.”

“I was in the area for a little over a month and was looking for a gym that would let me do a one month membership. I called a few chains first and they gave me the run around about it. I found Q Fitness and The owner Mike is a super nice, down to earth guy and was more than happy to accommodate and I was extremely excited to hear that it’s also a 24/7 gym since my hours can be pretty crazy sometimes requiring me to go very early in the morning occasionally. The gym itself is awesome. I love a lot of the equipment, especially leg press, hack squat, specialty barbells like cambered Bench bar, chain attachments and much more. The gym is pretty low key usually when I’d be there (in the range of 5 am to 11 am usually) which was also really nice. The gym goers are all very friendly also. Overall, highly, highly recommend Q Fitness! If I’m working in the area again I will 100% be back!”
