“I loved my experience doing Pilates with Deb! I started with her when I was 14 weeks pregnant with my first baby and had no prior experience with Pilates. I had weekly sessions with her throughout the entire rest of my pregnancy, and it was great. She was very patient with this newbie, gave clear explanations and corrections, and more importantly, genuinely cared about me and my baby. I continued with postnatal Pilates after my daughter was born, and it really helped me recover and get back on my feet faster. I can’t recommend Deb highly enough! She seriously is the best!”

“I normally hate gyms, but I love THIS gym! I have a personal trainer, Paul, who is amazing. He is firm, but also understands people go at different speeds and goals. He adjusts to what is best for you. In 3 months I am halfway to my goal, which is to be healthy and fit. I've been trying 10 years to do it on my own and got nowhere. Everyone who works there has been friendly and supportive. There is plenty of equipment and it is never over-crowded. The prices are fair and reasonable. My life is all over better for having found this gym.”

“Love this local Lee’s Summit yoga studio! This is a wonderful place to practice yoga. They have the best instructors that know what they’re doing and truly love yoga. I have been to different studios in Kansas City and was not as impressed. Nice variety of classes and they are always adding more. I also went to the raising the vibration DJ thing outside they did last week and it was a blast. I love the new studio location, as they have an outside area that we can do classes outside when the weather permits.”

They were very much loved and given space and time to open up at the playschool - they never had an issue there. I adopted my dogs from a shelter and they were very skiddish - one has bit people and the other used to run from me and bark and run away from strangers. After the "Stay-N"Change" program, I have the tools to call them back to me, to keep them from barking excessively, and they are all around more calm. I am so impressed and so are my friends!
