“I came here when it originally opened around 2016 and 2017 for a trial. Now I just came back today with my younger brother and I will tell you all this, get a membership. It’s more than worth the money and the drive. I have a 40min drive and I won’t mind it just because it’s worth it. I believe in an amazing future for onyx and the owner and employees here. It’s “bada**” and has amazing people. Trust me, I’ve tried dozens of gyms in the past 5 years.”

I never have a problem with crowds so my workouts are always great. Coach Daniel was great about explaining the services offered and is just a nice guy all around. The rest of the staff is pleasant as well. The music is a little loud like some other reviews said but if you have headphones on it’s not a problem. And if you forget them the music isn’t terrible to listen to either. Good price for a great gym.”

If you are looking for a quick and effective work out, look no further, Get Hooked Fitness is for real because you will get hooked on the muscle tone in your arms and core after just a few weeks of classes. Mary Ann is also super supportive, a great trainer and provides you with all the tools needed to get into kickboxing... and get good at it. I started out as a beginner and was worried about conditioning my knuckles and now I'm punching like a pro. Another benefit, you can do it online or at her in-home studio. It's nice because I'm weary of gyms and germs right now so her in-home studio is perfect and gives me a peace of mind that it is safe and sanitary. Another plus is the super reasonable pricing and access to unlimited classes. Signing up with Mary Ann was the best move I made to achieve my fitness goals and overall well-being during a stressful pandemic. And even when the pandemic is over, I'll still be kickboxing in Mary Ann's basement!”
