I've tried yoga off and on over the past couple of years and have only recently gotten fairly serious about hot yoga. However, this weekend ( April 5 - 7) yoga experience was one that has inspired me to continue to make yoga (with and without heat)-a regular part of my Life. I left this retreat feeling great. I higly recommend giving yoga a try; like anything worthwhile, you must be consistent and patient and results with manifest. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to share my thoughts. “So this place is looking amazing! My son has been going for a month and some change! He is autistic 5 year old! They are so helpful towards him and push him to be his best in every class! I was so worried that he just would not be able to achieve the same way as the other kids. However, I was wrong! He is going to be attending the championship with all his 5 badges! He picked up so quickly and he is really finding himself with this program! I am so happy and I do not see myself taking him out! They also temp check everyone that comes in the door! All the masters are amazing with my Jasper! I freaking love it!”

“I see Dr. Sebastion on tuesdays. I'd say for others the only fall back would be he is there once a week. It works out for me though because that is my day off. The location is right next to First Pet Animal Hospital. The inside is really nice looking,. The girls at the front desk are extremley helpful. Im always nervous when I change doctors but Nuero Focus Center made that transition very easy for me. They answered all questions I had on my first visit. Docotr Sebastion has several degrees in his field, I believe from Harvard. (cannot remember at the top of my head). During my third appointment I requested to change my medications so we removed one medication and started me on another. During the first week I didnt have favorable symptoms from the meds so I called the office. They called Dr. Sebastion (who was out of the state at the time) and he called me about 45 miniutes later and discussed my symptoms with me, and assured me that we will get this fixed. I called the office today and told them that I wasnt comfortable going back to the originally prescribed amount without getting to see him, so they scheduled me for his upcoming tuesday. Im writing this review because I have delt with horrible psych offices where all you are is a dollar sign, or where you get a new doctor every 3 months because a certain location has an extremley high turn over rate. Nuero Focus Center is the first place where both the staff and doctors have made me feel like they actually care about their patients well beings. Im not sure whats up with the other 4 reviews on here, but if you are afraid of changing doctors like I am, then I would suggest trying this place first. :)”

“I cannot recommend virtual Pilates with Kristy highly enough! I have been devoted to Kristy's powerful personal style of Pilates Instruction for over ten years. When Covid hit, and everything changed to virtual, I was unsure if my sessions could be as effective. The OPPOSITE happened. Kristy's teaching is magnified and focused in the new virtual world. I don't know how she can see if my left hip (away from the camera) is rotated out of alignment but she can! She directs me how to adjust. I have learned so much, my practice has deepened, I am in better shape, attend more frequently thanks to private lessons plus classes and no commute. Kristy always meets me where I am at physically and mentally. My sessions leave me feeling great, looking fabulous and wanting more!”

“I've been a member since just after they opened and I can't say enough good things about this place. * It is never crowded. The free weights are plentiful, and if you want to use a machine, I've never had to wait. * It's fairly new, so the machines are new, in good shape, and it is clear they aim to maintain them. * It's clean and they work to keep it that way. * The staff is great. The manager knows her members and is friendly to everyone. * For those who want to take group classes (or get one-on-one attention) there's a great trainer as well. Making use of this benefit when I first joined really helped me get back into the swing of things and taught me some new moves as well. This isn't a gym where you hang out at the juice bar and flirt. They don't sell tubs of protein powder. They don't have silly, "no grunting" rules. They are here to help you get (and stay) in shape regardless of your experience level.”
