Adults really need to look at this as it will really push you mentally as well as physically. I have never sweated this much without lifting weights. “I wanted to change up my fitness routine and found Pete who offers boxing (for fitness). {I'm never going to hit anyone and I don't want anyone hitting me!} Pete is great at keeping our weekly routines fresh and imaginative. Pete has good boxing technique and constantly monitors my form. BTW: I'm a personal trainer myself. Even trainers need a personal trainer. I know I work out harder with Pete than I would do on my own. I never have to come up with a routine, Pete does that for me. It's worth the money to let my mind go and let my body do the work.”
