Mats aren't crowded together.Everything I liked still applies - tough upbeat hot yoga practice. They always provide options, easy to difficult. “This studio has always done an excellent job of maintaining professional standards and providing a welcoming environment to work out in, so when I returned after the initial COVID quarantine period, it wasn’t a surprise that they had adapted very well to all the required changes. They have made me feel safe every time I’ve gone: everything is clean, all the staff wears masks, and plenty of distance is provided between clients inside the studio. I really don’t have enough positive things to say about my experience here.”

I absolutely love their higher plan where you can pick and choose things like personal trainer, towel service etc etc etc. it’s really neat! Their pool is great, however some times it does have far too much bleach in it because it has made my swim Suits fade the moment it get it! The steam room and sauna are lovely and they even have them in the women’s room for more privacy! They have so many lockers and they have the best smoothie place Inside of the facility!”
