First off, the studio is really welcoming: warm,very clean, lots of light, simple decor and it has a great positive vibe. I’ve been coming to this studio for about 4 months now and am hooked. Devi is truly gifted at what she does. She is so knowledgable. She always takes the time to reevaluate how your body is doing and what requires special attention, rather than 1-size-fits-all go-through-the-motions. One thing I especially appreciate about her is that she watches each of us closely, she has a laser focus and seems to know instantly when I'm using the wrong muscle in an exercise. Devi also has brought awareness to the muscles that I never used. I love that she gets what my areas of improvement are and gives me "homework" to work on between classes so the classes are even more effective. This is hands down the best investment you can make into your health and well being!!”

“This place is great!!! My 16 year old son is a athlete and we came to the Phoenix area for a baseball tournament. We are from Washington state and he has been taking yoga there to stretch out. I heard about StretchLab so I thought we would try it. My son was stretched by flexologist Bobby. After his session my son said “that was amazing”. I asked him if he thought it was equal to or better than his yoga stretching...he said this was WAY better. We are coming back next weekend and have scheduled another stretch with Bobby before the game. Everyone we met at this site was very nice, helpful and professional. The facility was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. We highly recommend! See you next week Bobby!!!”
