“I’ve been a Passport member of New York Sports Club for about 2 years now and this is one of my favorite locations to visit. Although the gym may seem small to some, it is usually empty and has every piece of equipment you can ask for. The staff is very pleasant to talk to and always looking to help. Anthony is especially helpful when looking for membership deals. Locker rooms are always clean and the equipment is always in working order.”

“The set up they have in this gym is really cool i like the outside playground for workouts it has 2 sleds 2 battle ropes and pull up bar station not to mention a lot of grass space to throw out some weights and do your workout. They also have a downstairs where they have all that heavy bodybuilding equipment and on top they have a more light equipment with a lot of treadmills. They have 2 rooms one for spinning classes the other one they have a lot of punching bags for kickboxing and boxing classes.”

“I have used Dawn twice now for severe clogged ducts and she is a lifesaver! My first time was when I was actually diagnosed with Mastitis. And most recently I could tell that I was near getting it again. She had me come to her home office the night of my frantic texts, I cannot begin to explain how much I appreciated! I showed up in tears, with one rock hard breast.. sure we weren't going to resolve things and I'd have to stop breastfeeding. She did her magic and that night my milk fully emptied successfully. She is gentle but very successful and teaches you how to resolve issues yourself. She also helped calm me when I was so distraught.. I highly recommend her!”

“My first time to this location. The yoga instructors did a great job. They taught me the way in how to direct your body core in easy way and to relief the tightness of my muscles. There are six instructors going around each yogis to correct posture and help out in a proper procedures. I felt my muscles softens and I felt more energy and flexible. “Great and patient trainers and a nice facility. They go from 16 months to 16 years of age, and the cater to different levels of skill. My 8 year old daughter and 4 year old son are students and both really enjoy attending. They also host parties here. We attended one and they did a great job. Highly recommend this gym for those who may want to try gymnastics.”
